St Hilliers undertook the development, design and construction of this residential complex of 127 units. Built on a 6000 sq m site with two street frontages in Waterloo, the development comprises five buildings ranging in height from four to eight levels with a mix of apartments from one, one plus study, two and three bedrooms, as well as several Soho / home office style apartments.
As the name suggests, the design of the development takes inspiration from the surrounding warehouses. Maximum flexibility and very large living spaces are major features of the apartments. Other features include screens in place of walls, the main bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and kitchen benchtops that extend onto the terrace to become part of a barbecue area.
Enhancing the light industrial character of the development is the use externally of concrete, timber and rusted steel materials.
