Reece has exclusively worked on Defence projects at St Hilliers; thriving in technically challenging environments. He has successfully managed many complex building and infrastructure projects, including high security, explosive ordnance, fuel and PFAS treatment works. In his role of Chief Executive Officer, Dan is ultimately responsible for the overall management of the company operations. He is involved in the identification and procurement of projects for the business unit by retaining and expanding the existing client base.
In addition, he leads the Managers to ensure all projects undertaken by the business unit meet or exceed their required performance targets in relation to schedule, quality and budget. Dan has been with St Hilliers for over 10 years and in that time has forged firm relationships with our key clients.

Geoff is responsible for the overall management of St Hilliers Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Systems and our Integrated Management System which includes ensuring implementation and compliance on all our projects.
