CSC Docklands was designed with our client in mind, purpose built to suit their proposed and future needs for expansion.
Located within the Docklands precinct, the building design undertakes to be a leader with it’s 4.5 ABGR and 5 star Green Star Ratings.
The scope of works included managing the consultant team through the design and construction process.
The construction consisted of seven levels of commercial office space, a ground level that combines retail, parking and a large open entry foyer.
The building comprises approximately 14,000m2 of net lettable space with three levels of car parking for 228 cars as well as the ability to house bicycles and motorbikes.
Control of cost expenditure in relationship to all aspects of the design and construction process, together with ongoing design resolution and value engineering, enabled the best financial outcome.
