Our team at Borneo Barracks has recently completed the Force Level Electronic Warfare, Vehicles and Facilities for the Department of Defence. The aim of this project was to provide additional deployable capability in the form of protected mobility vehicles (PMV).
Works included the construction of new and upgraded workshops, storage facilities and site infrastructure services.
The project was sequenced and programmed for progressive HOTO (handover, takeover) completion to stakeholders whilst maintaining safe access, security and services. This forward planning, stakeholder engagement, communication and coordination allowed the base to remain fully operational throughout the construction works.
A huge congratulations to the entire team involved in this project. Another very successful project for the Department of Defence and Security and Estate Group.
