St Hilliers recently completed the construction of the new Townsville Health Centre and are in the final stages of completing the demolition of the existing building which was constructed in the mid-1980s.
The newly constructed healthcare centre includes an administration space, dental services, entry areas, general areas, inpatient areas, mental health facilities, a pharmacy, a physiotherapy space, plant and equipment rooms, a primary care unit, access ways and vehicle parking.
The St Hilliers team did a great job constructing this building for the Department of Defence whilst decanting people and equipment from the old building to the new Centre, as the facility remained fully operational throughout the works.
