The St Hilliers Gosford team have hosted a ground-breaking ceremony to celebrate the first day of construction at The Waterfront, in the Central Coast Quarter! Enjoying spectacular harbour views and green surrounds, The Waterfront residential tower is nestled within the heart of the Central Coast’s first waterfront living and dining precinct and is set to house 136 contemporary apartments.
Led by Gavi Duncan, a representative of the local Darkinjung council, the event commenced with acknowledgment of the traditional landowners, the Darkinjung peoples, followed by a smoking ceremony to bless the site and celebrate the beginning of works.
Our ceremony attendees included an array of teams involved in the project, including designers, DKO, town planners, Urbis and residential sales and marketing specialists, Foxwood Property. With construction of the $115m luxury development officially underway and over 90% of apartments sold, The Waterfront tower is expected to achieve completion in 2024.
