The mental and physical health and well-being of our team is of paramount importance and it is a key factor in our ability to deliver a high quality product for our clients. To manage this for our teams right across the country is a major challenge, so we have partnered with Aaron Williams and the crew at Mindstar to develop the St Hilliers e-Wellbeing Hub for our staff. The hub is accessible through any device and provides info, tips and tools to assist with creating balance in their lives and the people around them, as well as access to professional support 24/7.
To launch this platform to our teams, we hosted events in Sydney and Brisbane over the last week, with GM Dan Hinton and construction industry guest speakers Rhett and Mark joining Aaron to share their stories and discuss the importance of looking after ourselves and each other. The relaxed environment of a pub was the perfect setting and we had a great response from our teams who made it to the events. Over the next couple of weeks we will be getting around to the rest of our sites to show them the hub and start the conversation about mental and physical health and well-being.
