Situated across from the bustling Westfield Carindale and amidst the serene Bulimba Creek parklands, this project represents a significant achievement in design and construction excellence.
Aveo Carindale (Stage 3) features:
– 100 state-of-the-art Independent Living Units
– A stunning 9-level residential structure with 2 levels of car parking
– Meticulously designed landscaping
This project posed unique challenges, including the demolition of existing units and construction adjacent to the operational Stages 1 and 2. Our team at St Hilliers was resolute in our commitment to ensuring the utmost safety, security, and comfort of all residents and staff throughout the process.
We’ve achieved this while minimising disruption and maintaining operational continuity. Investing over 261,516 hours into the project, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated team, including all 1,725 inducted workers, and the Aveo community for their trust and collaboration in bringing this vision to life.
