We are thrilled to announce that St Hilliers has been selected by Opal HealthCare for an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) project. We’re delighted to have this opportunity to collaborate on the ‘Ascot Grove Care Community’, a five-storey residential aged care community nestled in Brisbane’s Doomben precinct.
With over 94 care communities across Australia, Opal HealthCare provides long-term residential aged care, respite care, dementia care and palliative care, with a focus on living with love, purpose and a sense of belonging.
Our journey takes on added significance as we progress works on Poinciana House at Bernborough Ascot, a luxury retirement living community by Keyton, located adjacent to Opal HealthCare’s soon-to-be residential aged care community. This co-location of retirement living and residential aged care offers local residents the benefits that come with continuum of care.
Our team is eager to engage closely with Opal HealthCare on the Ascot Grove Care Community, which holds immense importance in enhancing the quality of senior living in Australia.
