Showcasing Indigenous Talent

Meet Keisha!

Waanyi and Kalkadoon woman, Keisha Leon, founded Leon Design, a First Nations owned and operated creative consultant specialising in conceptual design to bring ideas to life. Informed by over 10 years of experience in both commercial and client-side design, Keisha is vocal in her support for equality, demonstrating an impressive commitment to spreading awareness and improving our local community.

Having completed some incredible local projects, including this stunning piece for Brisbane City Council’s Indigenous Art Program, Keisha displays a unique and authentic talent which caught the attention of our St Hilliers’ RAP Committee. Based around the core pillars of relationships, respect and opportunities, the purpose of our RAP committee is to formalise our commitment to reconciliation through a Reconciliation Action Plan.

Keisha has been liaising with our members for the past year, commissioning a special ‘Leon Design’ art piece for exclusive use within our committee. Connecting people, culture and ideas across a broad range of clients, Leon Design specialises in the delivery of high-quality offerings, including custom digital Aboriginal artwork, brand identity, animation storyboarding, package design, social media content, exhibition design and much more!
