Tim Casey

Tim Casey

Executive Chairman

Tim is the founder and Executive Chairman of the St Hilliers group. He has more than 30 years industry experience and under his leadership St Hilliers has grown to be one of Australia’s leading integrated property groups.

Tim is a member of the Master Builders Association, the Australian Institute of Building and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.

Dan Hinton

Dan Hinton

Chief Operating Officer

In his role of Chief Operating Officer, Dan is ultimately responsible for the overall management of the company operations. He is involved in the identification and procurement of projects for the business unit by retaining and expanding the existing client base.

In addition, he leads the Managers to ensure all projects undertaken by the business unit meet or exceed their required performance targets in relation to schedule, quality and budget. Dan has been with St Hilliers for over 10 years and in that time has forged firm relationships with our key clients.

Senior Executive

Ralph is responsible for the financial management and the strategic activities of the overall St Hilliers group. A Fellow Certified Practising Accountant, Ralph has more than 30 years experience in the property and construction industries having held senior management roles with several major corporations both in Australia and overseas.

Chief Financial Officer

Stephen brings extensive experience in top tier construction companies as well as other business sectors.

Stephen is a member of our executive team and has a focus on improving and enhancing our financial reporting structures and strategies, and provides extensive experience and leadership in those areas.

Joseph Cummings

Joseph Cummings

General Manager - Legal Services

Joseph is responsible for the discharge and delivery of all legal requirements associated with St Hilliers construction and property operations.

He has over 30 years’ experience in commercial and corporate law, litigation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance in both public and private companies and across a range of industries. This experience has been gained both as a partner in private legal practice and "in-house" as General Counsel to listed and unlisted entities.

Viona Lim

Viona Lim

Financial Controller

Viona manages the company’s financial processes, specifically the operational and group reporting for both the entity’s property development and construction divisions.

She holds Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting and finance and graduated from the Chartered Accountant program and was admitted into Institute of Chartered Accountant Australia in 2013.

Justyn Ng

Development Manager

In Justyn’s role of Development Manager, he oversees the development project cycle, from identification to concept and initial approvals, through to design, construction and sales.

Justyn’s strong problem-solving ability and collaborative management style will ensure the project is delivered to the highest standard possible.

Group Design Manager

With over 20 years industry experience (and most of those with St Hilliers!), Frank’s construction design knowledge is unparalleled.

Frank’s pragmatic and collaborative approach ensures a considered and co-ordinated design phase, resulting in clear and co-ordinated documentation which will facilitate the smooth execution of the construction works with a positive outcome for all stakeholders

General Manager

As General Manager, Brant is responsible for the overall operations of St Hilliers construction activities. With over 17 years construction experience, Brant has a wealth of knowledge which covers all aspects of the project cycle, from design to construction.

He is committed to the success of all projects, continually auditing project progress, quality and safety, whilst offering support and guidance to the project delivery teams.

Sam Rutherford

General Manager

Sam has been with St Hilliers over 15 years and in this time has been responsible for some of our highest profile projects. Sam has exceptional commercial awareness and strong liaison skills that enable him to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all stakeholders.

In his role of General Manager, he oversees our entire suite of projects and their commercial outcomes to ensure our clients expectations are achieved within budget and timeframes

Operations Manager, Defence

Originally from a trade background, Mitch has progressed to his current position through a combination of work ethic, attention to detail and ability to manage all project stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

With an in-depth understanding of Defence projects and their associated protocols, Mitch oversees an extensive portfolio of projects across the country.

Geoff O’Shea

HSE System Manager

Geoff is responsible for the overall management of St Hilliers Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Systems and their implementation and compliance on all our projects.

As a Federal Safety Commission accredited builder, St Hilliers systems and practices are audited regularly, and Geoff manages this process with the relevant projects.

Construction Manager – Defence

Anthony has risen through the ranks at St Hilliers after gaining valuable experience working in both the Contracting and Development sectors of the business. His energy and passion for his work is infectious and his ability to understand our clients needs has proven critical to the success of the projects he has delivered.

His knowledge of the specific requirements of working on Defence bases ensures smooth delivery of the projects he oversees

Hannah Corley

Hannah Corley

Operations Support Manager

Hannah provides support to the Operations and Management teams as well as managing the company resourcing and the daily office operations.

Her excellent organisational & communication skills are her greatest asset and ensures efficiency for our teams, both site and office based. Hannah is also responsible for providing a consistent point of contact between St Hilliers and our clients throughout the tendering process.
