Thanks to Mates in Construction for celebrating R U OK? Day with our St Hilliers project team in Townsville.
Flying the ‘Mates’ flag, our Land 400 Lavarack site enjoyed a great team breakfast and took the time to sit down and check in with one another. Kevin Fuji, our Senior Project Engineer, shared “More team bonding is what we need outside of recognised days on our calendar. Relationships are built when someone lends their time and ears, which is part of today’s message.”
