Development, design and construction of a 12,000 sqm bulky goods retail facility on the former Meadow Lea factory site. The prominent 2.2 hectare site is on the corner of Riordan Street and Gardners Road, which are two major arterial roads in South Sydney.
St Hilliers secured Myer Megamart as the major tenant in the facility with the retailer pre-leasing 10,000 sqm of the development.
This warehouse-style facility was constructed using tilt-up concrete panels and featured under croft and on-grade parking for 460 cars.
