With the masterplan DA for the Central Coast Quarter project now on public exhibition, St Hilliers is excited to keep up the positive momentum and progress with planning the next stage of the project. The masterplan DA outlines the urban design footprint for the proposed development at 26 Mann Street – hailed as one of the most significant developments in Gosford, critical to the revitalisation of the southern end of the city. Central Coast Quarter proposes an integrated, mixed-use precinct comprising of a 182-room hotel, 295 residential apartments, food, beverage and retail outlets and multiple public thoroughfares which will connect the waterfront to the Gosford CBD. Upon its completion, the project is expected to directly support 246 jobs and contribute almost $20 million in economic growth to New South Wales each year. St Hilliers plan is to create a space that focuses on bringing locals, the landscape and the waterfront together in one synergised, multi-purpose hub.
