It’s just the beginning for Aveo Carindale Stage 3

St Hilliers attended the turning of the first sod at our Aveo Carindale Stage 3, Vista Residences site this month.

It was a privilege to have Member for Chatsworth, Steve Minnikin MP attend and share in the sod-turning ceremony with St Hilliers General Manager, Brant Wood, Aveo Head of Development, Gary Kordic and Treasurer of the resident committee, Keith Walker. Gary gave a short speech to kick off the event, discussing the project which is located across from Westfield Carindale.

To meet current demand, the new building will include over 100 independent living units across 9 residential levels with 2 car park levels. Upon completion of the building shell, St Hilliers will complete a prototype unit that will be fitted out for Aveo to use for sales and marketing of the new building.

A huge thankyou to the Aveo team for organising this Covid-safe event. We had such a great time celebrating this project milestone with you and can’t wait for the many more to come!
