In conjunction with joint venture partners First Point Property, St Hilliers has completed Stage 3 of the Thornton Development.
Stage 3 or, the Garden included the development, design and construction of over 200 sophisticated 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments across two towers up to 10 storeys. Each apartment has been architecturally designed by award-winning architect, Group GSA across the 2 buildings.
For the first time in Penrith, double level loft-style Penthouses were available to the market. These units feature floor to ceiling double height glazing and all of the carefully selected finishes one has come to expect from Thornton.
The project also features quality architecturally designed residential apartments and communal public areas, surrounded by an array of green spaces to deliver a new, more liveable, community.
