Located at the Randwick Army Barracks in Sydney, NSW, this project involves internal and external refurbishment works to refresh existing living-in accommodation (LIA). In addition to decanting and recanting, and general repair, works will extend to patching and painting internal doors, frames, windows, walls, and ceilings. The project will include demolition works, and St Hilliers will oversee the installation of new ablutions and sanitary fixtures, solar hot water systems, lighting, flooring finishes, fire, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical services and Hazmat remediation.
