The project includes three defined stages across five buildings to be completed in sequence. The scope of works for this project comprises of refurbishment works including:
- Architectural and structural works;
- Roofing works;
- Upgrades to electrical, mechanical, fire and hydraulic services;
- HAZMAT investigation; and
- Demolition and disposal works to various buildings.
