The project involves delivery of the Works to four Hangars that are all located airside, and adjacent to the main apron. These include:
- Building 002 – Hangar 2 / Training Facility
- Building 004 – Hangar 4 – 22 SQN
- Building 005 – Hangar 5 – 176 AD SQN
- Building 522 – Hangar 522 – 33SQN
Works generally consist of interior and exterior building maintenance and repairs, refurbishment and upgrades, HAZMAT remediation works, painting works, wet area refurbishments, and compliance works to meet Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirements.
