St Hilliers has been Engaged by QLD Health under a design and construction (D&C) contract to deliver the following scope of works:
- The design and documentation of the new facilities, including Sustainability (Greenstar 5 design and accreditation)
- Construction of a new two-storey building to provide Maternity and Oral Health services:

- Oral Health facilities including eleven fixed chairs, one shell room and a laboratory
- Maternity services facilities consisting of seventeen Consulting rooms, two treatment rooms, a procedure room and a CTG room
- All associated patient, staff and clinical support areas
- Site and Engineering services upgrades:

- Site services, infrastructure and a Services Upgrade (replace existing chillers)
- Installation of technology to support Telehealth
- Upgrade to roads, pavements and the expansion existing on-grade car parking
- Refurbishment:

- Improve building acoustics
- Upgrade staff and public amenities
- Make safe existing Oral Health facilities
