This project includes the demolition of redundant buildings, installation of a new ablutions facility, electrical infrastructure refurbishment works, building security remediation works, Fire Safety Survey (FSS) compliance works and end of life refurbishment works at the Ipswich Training Depot.
The scope of works includes:
- The refurbishment and repair works to buildings A004 & A008
- Local repair works and resurfacing of the parade ground
- The demolition of Buildings A003, A004A, A006, A007, B001 and B002
- The provision of a new ablution block
