The scope of works will require the completion of investigations and fire compliance upgrade works at both Garden Island Defence Precinct (GIDP) and the HMAS Kuttabul site across 46 buildings.
Works predominantly consisted of:
- Fire safety compliance upgrades
- BCA compliance upgrades
- End of life replacement / refreshment
