St Hilliers was awarded the construction of the Ellenbrook Youth Centre for the City of Swan. The centre will provide counselling, financial advice and employment training focusing on the health, wellbeing and development of young people aged 12-25.
Works will include the construction of a single-storey community centre which will include conference rooms, a community office, plant room and amenities in the north wing as well as a multi-use space, computer rooms, kitchen, passive space, a sensory space, a creative studio, amenities and a staff and nurse station in the south wing. The centre will also have external basketball and recreation space as part of the project delivery.
