The project involved various maintenance improvement tasks across 3 Phases and eleven buildings LMA Holsworthy, Coral Lines. This included:
- Replacement of kitchenettes
- Repairs of damaged walls and ceiling linings
- Ablution refurbishments
- Hazardous material removal and remediation
