The Coates office and warehouse branch at Moorebank comprises a 5,000 square metre warehouse and distribution facility, 800 square metres of commercial office space and 15,000 square metres of external concrete hardstand, used to store hire and access equipment.
The project involved the design and construction of a structural steel framed building, clad in precast concrete and metal cladding.
The office is clad in curtain wall and aluminium composite panels which also cover a concrete and structural steel substructure.
