This project consists of the refurbishment of four Living in Accommodation (LIA) facilities at Cabarlah, Borneo Barracks and installation of NBN to condos. St Hilliers is to decant the existing furniture, storage and recant the furniture that Spotless identifies as resued across all four buildings.
