St Hilliers has successfully partnered with Keyton to deliver Stage 2 of the Bernborough Ascot retirement community.
Located in Brisbane, Stage 2 will include 65 north-facing apartments with an array of community facilities. Residents will enjoy views of Doomben racecourse and resort-style amenities including concierge, sports bar, social lounges, 20m pool, gym, cafe and a bowling green.
St Hilliers’ dedicated ECI delivery team are working closely alongside Keyton and Project Management firm TLPC to deliver the project under a 2 stage ECI procurement model.
Continuing Stage 1’s 6-star Green Star Rating accreditation, sustainability is at the forefront of design for stage 2.
