St Hilliers was engaged by Bega Valley Shire Council to design and construct a new office and workshop facility and associated works to house Councils Water and Sewerage Services function.
Works include the development of 80% design, construction of new depot building and associated structures, the connection of services, external works including carparks and road pavements as well as the construction of a new access road from Boundary Road to North East of the Lot. Landscaping works will also incorporate appropriate native/local species with the inclusion of water-sensitive design philosophy.
