St Hilliers is currently completing the design and construction of the Stage 3 project at AVEO Carindale.
Located across from Westfield Carindale and adjacent to the Bulimba Creek parklands, the Stage 3 works consists of the construction of 100 Independent Living Units, 9 residential levels with 2 car park levels and associated landscaping within the operational retirement village.
The existing independent living units will be demolished to make way for the new building which will be constructed adjacent to stages 1 and 2 . We will ensure that there is uncompromised protection, wellbeing and comfort of residents, staff and surrounding properties with a particular focus on safety, security and access whilst maintaining operational continuity at all times in a clean and unobtrusive environment with minimal disruption or inconvenience to the village or residents daily routines.
Upon completion of the building shell, St Hilliers will complete a prototype unit that will be fitted out for AVEO to use for sales and marketing of the new building.
