Works are well and truly underway at our Central Coast Quarter project in Gosford!
As the Level 1 formwork deck has commenced, the team are working at lightning speed to complete the slab on ground and erect the perimeter scaffold. All three lift cores have been poured to their first lift, with core box systems currently being prepared for installation in the main lift core.
The Waterfront tower is set to sit at 25 stories, with the completed value expected to exceed $115 million. Fantastic progress from our team in Gosford – we can’t wait to watch the tower ‘level up’ over the coming months!
