Joined by our partners, Keyton and TLPC, St Hilliers has celebrated the turning of the sod, and the commencement of works at Bernborough Ascot, Stage 2: Poinciana House.
Working closely with our clients at Keyton since late 2021, ‘Poinciana House’ will feature resort-style facilities, expansive city views and is set to introduce a new level of luxury living to those fortunate enough to secure an apartment in the vibrant retirement village.
In addition to 53 new apartments, residents of the Stage 2 development will enjoy an outdoor bowling green, indoor pool, a health and wellness studio, a yoga space, consulting rooms, a rooftop terrace, a café and a restaurant.
